Nurun–in collaboration with Publicis–is proud to announce the launch of Kubota.ca, a new web experience for both dealers and customers across Canada.
Created by Nurun’s Toronto office, Kubota.ca was designed to help increase engagement between the dealer and customer by creating a dedicated website focused solely on the Canadian market. The new site was created to support Kubota and give them the tools they need to create lasting and effective web experiences that deliver time and time again.
Nurun’s re-design transformed Kubota.ca from old to new by giving it a modern look and feel. The new responsively-designed site focuses on delivering a unified and consistent experience across multiple platforms and devices. By creating visually appealing pages with clear direction, this human-centred approach to design gives the dealer and customer ample tools to find the right equipment and services to meet their needs.
Great design starts with research–and Nurun took this a step further when re-designing for Kubota. By creating a detailed strategy, they conducted dealer interviews, surveys and even dealership visits, to better understand what Kubota customers are looking for–their mission was to create a web experience that people love to use.
It was important for us to move beyond selling the metal towards selling the Kubota brand; ultimately turning leads into customers, and customers into fans. The involvement of our network and customer feedback was critical for us to separate ourselves apart from competitors in this space and we’ve accomplished just that. We are extremely proud of the Kubota.ca and excited to build upon the site’s solid foundation.

Nurun’s innovative techniques to the re-design proves to be successful. Customer session durations have been increasing and the bounce rates are now decreasing–this shows the new structure and page layouts are resonating well with Kubota customers.
