San Francisco—9 June 2014
Nurun strengthens its technical expertise in San Francisco with the recent appointment of James de Jesus as a Technical Director focused on front-end web development. James will drive overall strategy for how we collaborate with clients and solve their business challenges on the web platform.
James brings more than 15 years of experience to his new role at Nurun. Prior to joining our team in San Francisco, he was Director of Creative Development at AKQA.
James will provide technical direction for web application design, development, and systems integration on client engagements from definition phase through implementation. Like Nurun’s mobile and back-end focused Technical Directors, James will guide teams to deliver industry-leading work with an emphasis on innovation and code quality.
“James has a ton of experience managing rigorous development practices within creative agency environments,” said Jason Muscat, Director of Technology at Nurun’s San Francisco office. “He’s a seasoned leader known for building teams that successfully navigate the tension between precision design and high-quality technical deliverables—a perfect fit for Nurun and I’m absolutely thrilled to have him on board.”
“I’ve been a fan of Nurun for many years and I’m excited to join the team,” said de Jesus. “I look forward to continue to grow the web development practice and enable our team in San Francisco to take on even larger challenges with the highest degree of creative and technical innovation.
